RAVIOLINI are the smaller version of ravioli. It is possible to acquire a cutting tray that will make from 12 – 36 pieces. The filling can be meat, fish, vegetable or cheese just as long as it is the consistency of pâté.

When making raviolini, just as with ravioli, you can get as creative as you like – like we did 🙂 Ravioli shapes can be created using cookie cutters too:
