Description

The Vallecorsana olive is indigenous to the Italian region of Lazio and of Vallecorsa in particular. This is the only type of olive that goes into creating our olive oil, which makes it highly sought after.

Our ‘Delicato’ oil, also known as ‘Superior’, is so-called because is has been hand picked and pressed on the same day. It contains no other olives other than those from our own groves and does not include those from any other region or producer.

This oil is produced by The Big Dream Factory, in Italy.
