Create your own handmade pasta from scratch!

Learn how to make pasta the traditional, Italian way! In this hands-on class everyone will make their own ball of pasta dough. You will learn about the Italian culture, how to form ravioli a number of ways – by using a rolling pin and then a pasta machine, and learn how to incorporate fresh herbs to take your ravioli to another level.
