These little conch pasta shells known as ‘Conchigliette’, pronounced ‘con-keel-yet-eh’, are perfect for chunky soups, salads, a nice pasta dish with fish and even baking.
Here at The Big Dream Factory, we make a tricolori pack of these little pasta shells using Italiano, basil and tomato pasta doughs. We are however, happy to put together plain packs on special order. Below is a photograph of our very first born …. ah, it make us so proud!
