We always keep some Sun Dried Tomato and Black Olive Tapenade to hand. We guarantee that once you pop that jar open, you will find even more dishes to add it to.
Sun Dried Tomato and Black Olive Tapenade Bruschetta
French stick, sliced into ½ inch thick discs

Extra virgin olive oil
Peel a large clove of garlic and trim off one end.
In a dry pan over a medium to high heat, lightly toast the bread on both sides.
Now take the clove of garlic and vigorously rub the cut end all over one side of each piece of toast. This side will be the top.
When you are ready to serve your bruschetta, spread a little sun dried tomato and black olive tapenade, evenly over each top-side of toast.
Over a low heat place your bruschetta, top-side up of course :), back into the dry frying pan and drizzle each one carefully with a little extra virgin olive oil. Leave it in the pan just long enough to warm the toast.
Serve immediately alongside some fresh mozzarella for a perfect antipasto.
*We recommend making more than enough bruschetta to go around at least 3 times – it's addictive
