Our Fresh Lemon Gigli Pasta For Salad is made using only fresh lemon juice and zest. This is added to semolina durum wheat flour and mixed to create a dough. Not all lemons are created equally and should there not be enough juice, we add Florida spring water.
Once the dough is ready, it is extruded through a bronze die which gives each gigli a lightly rough surface. This ensures that the maximum amount of sauce clings to the pasta for an enhanced pasta eating experience.

Fresh Lemon Gigli with Shrimp in Creamy White Wine and Herb Sauce
Serves up to 4
2 packs Pasta Nostra Gigli Pasta For Salad – Fresh Lemon
1 jar Pasta Nostra Creamy White Wine and Herb Sauce
As many shrimp as you like
Salt and Pepper
Pasta Nostra Extra Virgin Olive oil
First saute the shrimp over a low to medium heat with a little olive oil with salt and pepper until cooked through and lightly browned.
Add the sauce to the shrimp and bring to a boil.
Then bring some lightly salted water to a rapid boil and cook the gigli for 3 – 4 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add to the shrimp in sauce. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
