Our egg pasta, flavors from the farm fusilli is made using only semolina durum wheat flour and pastuerized eggs. We add freshly pureed spinach, steamed beetroot, tomato puree and garlic into the dough to create this gourmet pasta.
Once the dough is ready, it is extruded through a bronze die which gives each piece of fusilli, a lightly rough surface. This ensures that the maximum amount of sauce clings to the pasta for an enhanced pasta eating experience.
