Calamarata is a typical Neapolitan pasta resembling calamari. The accompanying sauce for calamarata are very simple, echoing typical Mediterranean flavors: all sorts of fish, cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley and chilli pepper.

Our calamarata are about half the length of paccheri and are made in the Pulia region of Italy using semolina flour made from locally grown durum wheat.
