Black truffle infused olive oil is robust and assertive. Is is created using a liquid extract taken from real black truffle (Tuber melanosporum). Called the black truffle, Périgord truffle or French black truffle, it is a species of truffle native to Southern Europe and is one of the most expensive edible mushrooms in the world.
We use black truffle infused olive oil for cooking and drizzling. It is wonderful over our truffle fettuccine and combined with our creamy white wine sauce, a culinary triumph!
We often pair this oil with another oil such as Tuscan Herb, Garlic and Lemon for a little extra buzz when cooking or drizzling. Create your own family favourite dressings and combine garlic infused olive oil with a balsamic vinegar for added ‘WOW’ factor.

Truffle infused olive oil works on anything needing a robust truffle flavour.
