International Pastina Day
We believe that the tiniest pastas need to be celebrated on a really important day. We chose the day that falls exactly halfway into the year, on the 183rd day – July 2nd.
The word ‘pastina’ literally means little pasta and can be any number of shapes including stars, wheels, fregola and orzo.
Pastina is traditionally served in light, liquidy broths or gently tossed in butter. Real comfort food … real Italian baby food!
